90 Day Total Transformation
We want to be clear - this is not a diet. In fact, most diets fail, which is one of the reasons why Formula Health Coaching was created. We've tried a number of fad diets, and although they may have worked temporarily for us, we noticed that something was missing, and that we that were on vicious yo-yo cycles. We were longing for something more in our lives, something that gave us long-lasting change, and we finally figured it out. Our 90 Day Total Transformation focuses on your habits. Habits are the number one determiners of your quality of life. When you change a habit, you change the course of your life.
Sounds simple enough, right?
It’s easier said than done, because old habits die hard. Habits are literally hard-wired into our brains. A researcher at Duke University figured out that about 40-45% of the "decisions" we make each day are actually habits, not really decisions. And without that, we would go bonkers.
And here’s another interesting fact: people know what to do, but don’t necessarily do it. Most people have a pretty good idea of some important changes they would like to make in their lifestyle, but the powerful pull of their habits keep them stuck.
In this program, we facilitate long lasting habit change. Our process helps build new neural pathways in the brain that become new habits - habits that support your well-being instead of destroying it. We will help to unwind self-defeating behaviors and patterns and stabilize healthy habits that last.
What if you could change your experience without having to remember to be different?
Interesting question, right? In the 90 Day Transformation, not only do we focus on your habits, we dip into your belief and identity systems. We do that because true behavior (habit) change is identity change. It’s not about “willing” yourself to go to the gym every day. It’s not about depriving yourself of foods you love. It’s about becoming the kind of person who chooses healthy living because it’s who you are.
In our 90 day intensive program, we'll work with you over the phone each week for 12 weeks to help you get more in tune with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions that guide your everyday choices. The program will empower you to be the leading authority on your health and body, and to increasingly feel confident that you know exactly what your body needs and how to provide it.
The sessions will look like this:
Sessions 1-4: Build intuition and start to recognize the signals of the body.
Setting the foundation for sustained results is critical. It gives you a chance to get out of the traditional diet mentality of deprivation, yo-yoing, and negative self talk.
Sessions 5-6: Learn to recognize self-sabotage and replace destructive habits with nourishing habits.
Right around this point of the program, your body will start to experience change and your human brain (AKA: critter brain) starts to freak out and wants to resort back to old habits that were more comfortable. You will learn how to recognize when self-sabotage is occurring and what to do about it.
Sessions 7-10: Techniques for managing stress and stepping into your personal power.
One thing we have ample amounts of in this world is stress. It shows up differently for everyone, and we find ways to help manage and reduce it, a very important piece of your health formula, and that will help improve your digestion and assimilate your food optimally.
We address the underlying cause of what wants to be nourished so there’s no more self-medicating with food. We also help you acknowledge and reframe any negative self-loathing thoughts that could be keeping you from living into your best life. Your story creates your biology.
Sessions 11-12: New baseline. It’s time to dream bigger!
By now, you have created a new baseline of "being." Whether you’ve completely crushed your original goal, or found some new ones along the way, by now you are thinking and doing things differently. These sessions are lots of fun. We'll stretch even your biggest dreams, and see all that you wish to accomplish in this lifetime. We'll celebrate all of your accomplishments over the last 90 days and develop new goals to continue to challenge yourself. Support, accountability, and STRETCH are everything when you are striving for the highest possible version of yourself!
